Transmission shift hard

My 2010 GMC Sierra 4.3 v6 shifts hard when I
press on the gas hard. Truck starts shifting hard
first and second gear, I stop on the side of the road
I turn off the truck for 1 minute the drive it again
and it works perfect. What could it be?

Auto trans are complex , sounds like an accumulator problem or perhaps solenoids , take it to a good shop you can trust see if they can help , short of a rebuild .
