2010 Chevy Silverado 1500

I have a Chevy Silverado 1500 a couple of days ago I
heard grinding noise but was still able to drive it fine
then last night I lost all my gears I was able to put it in
park but I don’t have drive or reverse.  When I put it
into gear it won’t move the engine just revs. If I let it
sit for a few minutes it will drive but then I lose all
gears again. I checked the transmission fluid and it
was fine but I haven’t changed the transmission fluid.

It's a fourteen year old truck. Just take it to a transmission shop. I suspect that the trans will need to be replaced. I could go n about seals, bands, and clutches, but it's just worn out.
