2010 Challenger SRT 6.1 AC cooling fan does not come on changed out the fan assembly checked all the fuses and relays, what else do I need to try?

How about the temperature sensor? If all else fails buy a multi meter and trace the power out.

A broken fan blade started this issue, I was able to get the connection from the engine cooling fan over to the AC cooling fan to test the fan motor all was well the motor was running. but the fan is not coming on when reaching high temp of 215 or better. trying to avoid the dealership

Check the pig tell connection the female end, when something happens to your fan it shorts the plug, this also happens when you get up in higher mileage.
