Cooling fans

My husband power washed the Engine in our 1999
Dodge Grand Caravan and now the cooling fans
won't shut off. It has been 3 days now and we still
have to disconnected the battery Everytime we
shut off the motor. Any ideas?

Try disconnecting the temperature sensor located by the thermostat and see if the turn off. If they do, replace sensor or try wiping water off the sensor/wire first, it might be grounding off.
