My Chrysler 2010 Sebring won't start we got a brand new battery starter and spark plugs. We checked all the fuses and they seem fine. What are we missing ?? And what is this fuse relay we keep reading

We have a 2010 Chrysler Sebring and it
will not turn over at all we purchased a
brand-new battery brand-new starter
brand-new spark plugs brand-new air filter
all the fuses are fine in the car and it still
won't start there is a clicking underneath
the hood  but that is about it and we are
wondering about this fuse relay in the
starter that we keep reading about and we
need answers

Question do you know where the starter relay is on my 2009 Chrysler sebring touring sedan? Please.

I have a 2010 Sebring and i left the lights on and had ro jump the car off with a jumper box and aince then when i turn the key off the car wont even try to start,lights and radio work and i can jump it off with the box but while driving the dash lights flicker and i get a ding with the abs light..
