I accidentally  accelerated  when  I pulled  into  my driveway  and  went over  
the  concrete  curb block  and  now I've  noticed  that  when  making  a sharp  a
little  to fast left  turn  and  when  pressing  down  on the  gas pedal  to fast
something  is making  a  rubbing  sound  now ,really  need  help thanks.

You may have bent a body panel, like the air dam or inner fender, enough to rub against the tire when wheel is turned. It needs to be looked at. The suspension should be checked as well for damage. As that can be a safety issue, I would do this soon, and avoid highway driving until then. A damaged tie rod can cause total loss of steering.
