Do the rear seat backs in the Fusion - 2014 or 2015 fold down?

Just want to know if the rear seat backs fold down so that it opens up into the trunk?

I can confirm (as an owner) that the 2014 Fusion rear seats DO fold down, to make a pass-through to the trunk.The seats are of the 60/40 split style, and the center armrest can allow a narrow object (like a board or some skis) to pass through to the trunk if both seats are up. I would assume the 2015 seat backs fold down as well, as no major interior changes were made with that model year.
