Anthony, Most always, monthly payments are assumed in a tier 1 credit rating, (675FICA or better) However, monthly payments can be adjusted on down payments and terms.

Considering the same down payment, you will almost definitely pay more per monthly payment. It may make a difference if you are in good standing with a current financier, bank or credit union - ones that have given you loans before. The amount of your down payment will make a huge difference.
