Where is the fuel pump cut off switch in a 2009 Mitsubishi Eclipse GS?

My friend's car will not start now. He wants to take out the GPS the dealership
built into it. I think he seems to think that is the problem. He called someone
from Mitsubishi and they told him to first cut off the fuel pump switch. I just need
some thoughts on what we should do to help fix this problem he is having. I
need the location on the vehicle of where the fuel pump cut off switch is.

The vehicle will not start anymore. The dealership he got the vehicle from sent a letter to our dealership saying they give permission for us to take the GPS that was built in out. We have been busy down here that we haven't had time to check his vehicle out. I'm trying to help because he is my friend and no one else is even trying. When he called the dealership they told him to first find the fuel pump cut off switch. I don't work on Mitsubishi so I don't know where it is located. I tried looking it up on our websites, but nothing Any input?

i have a 2003 eclipse gt and i replaced the distributor, all sensors and now fuel pump not coming on took it out checked it working fine need help
