Engine noise-squalling

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Squalling noise when starting car and
worst with acceleration. Had tension pulley
changed and noise is still there.  Not
related to a/c being on or off. Can actually
hear squalling come and go while driving
and when ECO drive is on.

I just now bought a used Honda pilot and have heard this sound within the last few days when it starts and in and out during driVing what could it be? Im.planning on a trip out of town tomorrow but don't want to be stranded if it's something that could leave my baby and me stranded what could it be
