My Chevy never heats up. Recently I notice notification "engine hot A/C shut off"

and compressor goes out. I physically check engine which was not hot at all. A week ago
I flushed and replaced coolant and got the thermo sensitive (inside hose connector) valve
removed in anticipation of very hot summer. Can anybody help on this issue

Above: I am not sure if I should get the thermo-sensitive valve re installed or some lose electric connection/sensor?
