my 1973 dodge charger starts only in crank position when you go to on it dies ,i can jump a wire to pos side off coil and make it run.ballist res is good .Bad ign switch?

All voltages were good ,module ck. ok , no voltage to power windows also,Changed ignition switch and started and ran . Thanks !
