Car stuck in park need help

My car is stuck in park I talked to someone
they told me to change the brake light fuse
but I have no clue where it's located please
help

Pull the plastic panel above the brake pedal. A lot of times it's a broken wire going to the switch. Repair it with a crimp on spade terminal. Possible the switch itself is bad. In that case replace it. Look and see if the brake lights come on. If they don't you can't shift it. The switch is at the top of the brake pedal arm, not hard to see with that panel off, although it can be done with the panel on, just harder.
