Replaced EPA module now no horn no cold ac

EPA MODULE on 2007 Chevy Cobalt went bad then
no horn, cold ac.
But ac blower still working.
Also digital information cluster not working
Except to say check airbag.
What could causing this

Cobalts, have serial numbers in the ECM and the BCM, they have to know the serial # of the other computer... this COULD be your problem....
