Cranked but no start

I changed the starter hooked battery back up turns
over but has no spark to coil packs n throws u0101
lost communication to the tcm what can I do

Did these codes Just start after you replaced the starter? If so, did you hook everything up and in the correct locations? All transmission harnesses hooked up? Did you Unhook battery before replacing starter? Did you hook up battery correctly and in the correct order?

Yes hooked every thing up correctly battery also turns over but won't start soi we took plugs out n they r not getting spark n that's when we hook the computer n it said that. Code u0101

Go to this site and search your trouble code. https://www.obd-codes.com/ I'm pretty sure you'll find the problem is in the wiring somewhere since it started after you'd been working on it. One of the connections is likely not tight or perhaps a wire itself got damaged during removal or replacement. I would double check all that first.
