If you can still here the motor running but the window won't work and it wants to slide down the window regulators cable broke. Now your left side sounds like the motor is over heating. It work some times and then stop have way down and the in a little while work again. In both cases you have to replace the window regulator.

MY 04 H2 fell down too. Everything was replaced and when he plugged in it goes up in down on its own. Mechanic thinks it's the master switch in driver side console. Says only dealer can replace. Anybody know?
