What kind of noise? Does the sound change when you change the fan speed?

No it just makes the steady sound when its on, It would make a sound like a AC compressor when its running. I have checked the fan and nothing wrong there the sound is coming from the middle of the engine back toward the fire wall, You cant even see back there but it does remind of the noise a AC Compressor makes when its running.
