If my rear window on my 03' 93 convertible clicks when going up is it the rollers or regulator

Asked by Clio210 Jun 20, 2015 at 06:53 PM about the 2003 Saab 9-3 SE Convertible

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

it clicks violently and I have to pull it up manually. Just wondering if I need to replace the

Sounds like the teeth to the window motor or regulator is bad or I have seen the nuts that hold the window motor in come loose and motor is just wiggling around not making contact or slightly with regulator teeth.

I'm having the exact same issue with mine. I'm thinking of diving in and trying to fix it myself, any advice? Mark
