AC fan not turning off

Asked by cftaylor1020 Dec 24, 2015 at 03:02 AM about the 1999 Saab 9-3 4 Dr SE Turbo Hatchback

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 1999 saab 9-3 SE. The air can fan sometimes continues to blow after the car is turned off. If I remove the fuse for the fan, it stops, but I have to remove the fuse every time I drive the car and use the fan. Any ideas?

It sounds as if the fan sensor is defective....just replaced one on my car, it was doing that same as yours...
