I have a 91 Camaro I need to try and fix up!! Help?

I have a 91 Camaro I need to try and fix up, I'm getting it from my Grandparents
who said that it needed a new fuel pump. I just want to make sure thats what it
is because everything I researched didnt seem to line up. They said it eats up
all the gas before they can even get it to go unless its got a FULL tank. I
couldn't find anything like this online, can anyone help?

i have a 99 v6 camaro. i recently replaced all the fuses and now the SES light and Reduced Engine Power light came on and the throttle doesnt work. hey john i have an 82 camaro that i put a 350 motor in it. i also added an electrical fuel pump instead of the mechanical pump. when i start my car she sounds great and i will put it in drive and start down the road she'll run great for about 2 miles then she sounds like its choking and dies. when i try to restart it in nuetral thers times it will run a lil rough and die when it is put in gear or there are times it won't start back up. what are your suggestions 3 Answers

My 1997 camaro struggles sometimes to get up and go if u know what i mean. I know it has a purge flow problem that the check engine light kept coming on. So back in September wheni had to get it inspected I took it somewhere and they did something to it that the purge flow will never show up for the check engine light to come on.
