91 Camaro Help

I have a 91 camaro Z28 v8 5.7 all stock.
And the idle surges and it goes up and do I
did all vacuum lines replaced the brittle
ones, did a minor tune up new spark plugs
and Distributor cap. But nothing check the
voltage on the tps and it is good 0.54 and
did the increasing the throttle good voltage
still. I have no ideas PLEASE HELP ME
!!!!!!!

Yes I cleaned the throttle body and where is the IAC is it under the throttle body ?

I don't know in your specific car. You may have an IAC or a MAF sensor. Either would be good to clean. It tells the engine what the density of the incoming air is so it can adjust the fuel air mix
