our truck was running, turned it off and it wouldn't start again, towed it home and it started once no power.  Replaced the 25a fuse under the hood, and the relay switch, also the oil pressure switch behind the distributor, It turned over so put everything back together and NO START. Changed out the ECM, back together and nothing. HELP.

Yes in the beginning, I only listed the steps we did pertaining to the fuel pump. Now we have dropped the fuel tank and bench tested the pump, works fine, So now we are thinking bad ground wire, not the one at the frame. Do you know where the other one is located?

There should be one at back of head on,passenger side,and one to the block at starter.
