where is the electric fuel pump inertia switch on my 1990 chevy k1500 truck ?

Fords have an inertia switch shut off, Chevy's do not. On your model primary power to fuel pump is through fuel pump relay, the backup for that is the oil pressure switch (in event fuel pump relay fails).
