Overheating

I have a 1991 Chevy Silverado c1500 it keeps over
heating I have already replaced radiator thermostat
both temp sensors and water pump when it gets
hot its smokes also it seems like its burning oil i
look into moter seems like its dry but when i check
dip sitck it reads like it has oil

sound like antifreeze is getting in the combustion chamber and out the exhaust. Have a chemical block test done to rule out blown head gasket.
