Unplugged the egr valve when first started having problems, still had issues. Also, truck has started running rough even when it's warm

Are there any check engine codes, if not, Check the catalytic converter by unplugging the downtream 02 sensor, if it runs ok for a while, your catalytic converter is plugged up. If still missing, check fuel pressure, spark and timing

Checked everything but catalytic converter, will check and let you know. Thanks!
