Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My car was starting great but my ex husband says he took something out to make it have no power. Is the a fuse or a emergency shut off that I may need to replace

Ex Husband? Please forgive my question but did he do it out of spite to be mean? Could be the main fuse. Look at the blue one (60) Ignition Switch to the left ...click image for full screen
