buick reagal 1999 gs

howing results for my 1999 buick regal gs was low on gas filled tank up 2 days
later car running great fuel tank full when i shut engine off. but when i restarted
the rpm idle was low and car was acting like it was not getting fuel. Ran a
second and died acts like it wants to start dont hear fuel pump kicking on. what
should i test

have the fuel filter changed. also have the fuel pressure tested. the fuel pump might be out if lower than 35 psi.
