Was driving my 98 Buick Regal and then all the sudden it just died and now it turns over with no fire

Check ignition control module, crank sensor - you have 3(?) coil packs on a 3.8L (assuming that's what you have), so if you lost ALL spark, it's not likely to be a coil pack. I would focus on the crank sensor, it needs to be working for you to get spark.
