Spray some starting fluid down the throttle body. It should run a few seconds on that. If so, it's a fuel problem. Injectors not spraying, fuel pump relay, or fuel pump. Turn the ignition key on but don't try to start it. You should hear the fuel pump run for about 3 to 5 seconds. If not, no joke, get a hammer and hit the bottom center of the gas tank a few times. If that gets you going it's definitely the fuel pump. If it won't run at all on the starting fluid, do a compression test, since you know you have spark. If all cylinders test very low or zero the timing chain has jumped. HTH. -Jim

Did it run before you changed the plugs and wires? If so go back over your work as you may have left something unplugged.

Yes it did run before I changed the plugs and wires and I did re- check all my work...Could have a sensor went bad while I was changing the plugs and wires and do you have any idea what sensor it could be ?

It was definitely the fuel pump...I took the back seat out and removed the cover over the fuel pump and I cleaned the two electrical plugs and then I took a small hammer and tapped on top of the fuel pump and it started right up...Thanks for your help...
