I have replaced front rotors calipers brake
pads and hose lines my front driver side
caliper is locked up and will not release we
have also bleed the ABS motor three times
anybody have any suggestions on how to
get the caliper to release

Did you replace the rubber hose to the caliper? it could be restricted.
