Changed steering column now car won't start security light won't light up. I checked the bulb, ran resistor for key that came with column. Trying running curcuit on passkey module can't hear relay.

New starter relay checked all fuses
and relays. Any ideas would be
appreciated.

The resistor bypasses the VAT. Therefore the key doesn't need reprogramming. By measuring key resistance and putting a resistor of equal valve into ignition wiring reprogramming key not needed. Also the security light would be flashing.

It does nothing. I've checked all relays and fuses and all are good. Checked the relays with alligator chips and 12 volt as well as multimeter.

Check the steering column mechanism make sure u got power coming out and or the safety neutral switch
