2002 buivk century will not start

Mechanic who is looking more like a parts guy
than a mechanic I have replaced the following
parts for this guy fuel relay fuel pump fuel filter fuel
line it has spark but he still cannot get it started it
cranks fine he found out there was bad gas in the
gas tank and milky white so he drained all the gas
out of the tank refilled it with high octane gas and it
still won't start I'm about ready to take this car and
have it towed to somebody else plus I can get
some help here and tell him what to check for
please help

Gotta know when to hold 'em .. know when to fold 'em. If He wants to continue than get something in writing and of course document everything he did so if it goes to small claims court you have proof ... from what He's done so far the value of your car may soon be exceeded ... Most insurance co. will allow one free tow .. BTW I have a pristine 2002 Grand Prix 4 sale for $2200 .. so consider that as close to your cars value
