Question type: Maintenance & Repair

How do you replace the water
pump on a 2002 Buick Century.
I have the help of a few people
available but I want to do it
myself. 47 always been married
to somebody mechanically

Is this something I can do?

I have tools.

I suggest you buy a repair manual but this is a fairly easy repair,

I just searched Google for "changing water pump GM 3100 V6" and several videos came up Sometimes the hardest part is removing the drive belt....which you should also consider replacing as you do this job. Also consider replacing at least the lower radiator hose which you remove from the water pump so you are half way there with the water pump off.
