Anyone have any other ideas before taking it in?

Asked by Guru3G4F2 Jul 20, 2020 at 02:53 PM about the 2007 Buick Lucerne V6 CXL FWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

It cranks but wont start. I was driving it and all
sudden started losing rpms. Went to a stop. Now it
trys to start but wont doesnt turn over. Checked
the relay fuel pump and fuses. They dont look
burnt and you can hear the fuel pump turning over
to give fuel. Its not throwing any codes. Does
anyone have any other idea? I watched tons of
videos and tryed those and didnt get it to work.

Make sure the battery has a full charge and connections all good. If it cranks good but won't start, have a helper crank it while you check for spark at the plugs. If spark everywhere, use a gage and check proper fuel pressure and check fuel injector pulse. those are some of the basic checks. In my opinion.
