After talking to several people and other experiences when I turn the key on I didn't hear fuel pump or anything so I decided to change it I changed it out still wouldn't start research some more they lot of people say the relay where it is is a bad design check that had some corrosion on relay so changed it still cranking but will not start so check for spark and I have spark to the plugs but still no fuel pressure crankshaft sensor was my next move... If the crankshaft sensor was bad would I still have spark ??

OBD II Compliance has been a round for 22 years Now always pull codes and have a fuel pressure test done before you start throwing money at it

I have a circuit tester and I have power to my fuse and I have power to the fuel pump plug while cycling key.. Once I plug in 2 fuel pump I no longer have power at my fuse could that be that the new fuel pump is bad?

No fuel at rail.. everything seems to be fine and Powers up as long as fuel pump is unplugged. But as soon as I plug the fuel pump in and retest the fuel pump fuse no power again and rely sounds like it double clicks...

Yes it is and it has the 3.8 V6.. New update after going nuts and spending a bunch of money on this car it was a simple fix... I tried jumping the fuel pump with a jump wire by passing the fuse and using just relay power source Wich bent the prong on the relay and it started right up... Took wire off plugged relay back in and everything is working good .... Never needed that new fuel pump I put in did same thing to old pump and it still works!! Thanks y'all for your help.....

check the fuse box under the seat on the rear drivers side. Pull up on the front of the seat. In the fuse box on the upper left, there is a grey relay. Does it wiggle real easy? Pull it out and inspect. Is it burnt or melted? Look at the box in those slots. Are they melted? There is an issue where the seat rubs on the relay and after awhile, it will malfunction. It can cause fires. This is a known issue, but you will need to buy a new fuse box and replace if that is the issue.
