coolant fishing out drivers side, under the battery somewhere. any ideas

Check radiator and hoses. Check water pump. Check for coolant spot on floor, if there is one, and it will tell you the approximate location of the leak.

I am not sure I understand what "fishing out" means, but if there is a leak you need to find it and repair it.
