My 95 camaro won’t start

I have a 95 camaro z28 I swapped the lt1 and 700r4
out for a 96 lt1 and a 4l60e it will crank over but
won’t start it’s getting fuel and all fuses are good
plus the relays are good wat is wrong with it?????

When swapping, you can run into issues with antitheft system. When the info doesn't match, the vehicle goes into antitheft lock out. This can turn off the injectors. Search for a company called New Rockies. They deal in this issue.
