Why wont my 1999 chevy camaro start?

My 1999 chevy camaro will rotate but wont start.
We replaced the electronic throttle valve assembly.

It hasn't thrown a code. But I did depress the piece on the fuel rail that tells if there is pressure. Then we tried and it started and turned it off and we restarted it. Problem is now that we went back out an hour later and it wouldn't start just cranked. Could it be the fuel pressure regulator.
