My 95 Z28 Wont Start- Just did Head Gaskets, Fresh Heads and New Water Pump. Car turns Over, But Wont Start, When it does start, It kinda Clunks, Whats Wrong???

My '95 Z28 Wont Start- Just did Head Gaskets, Fresh Heads and New Water Pump. Car turns Over, But Wont Start, When it does start, It kinda Clunks, Whats Wrong??? I checked the vaccum lines, they are fine. Checked the rods and valve adjustment, Everything seems to be fine. Im Lost!!! It also acts like its not getting any fuel.

In most chevys theres a chip on the key that starts the car , the wire may be broke inside under the wheel thingy , I had this problem and I thought it was the starter but when I replaced it , it did the same thing so I took it to a shop and they showed me whats wrong . Hope this helps :)
