Turn signal not working

My rear drivers side turn signal does not work i have changed the relay under
the dash the rear light comes on with all the other lights but will not flash with
the turn signal or the brake light

Like after changing the relay it didn't work and then I got somewhere it started working and then when I left that place it stopped working
