So all I have a another ?... I have a 1997 Camaro Z-28 and its cutting out?

so the engine cuts out if I hit the gas in 1,2,3 gear I hit 3,500 or 4,000 rpms and it cuts out or if I take a right and keep it in second gear hitting the brake then accelerating it cuts out. Any Ideas guys?
