What tools are required to change brakes?

We nees to change the brakes on a
2001 Buick Park Ave. What tools are
needed and how likely is it we will
haveto replace the rotors?

Then of course there is the condition of the calipers, and checking all any little things that affect the safety of you,your family and the public. There are all the other things you should be inspecting while you're at it; like tie rods and ball joints; maybe peek at ???????.There are differences in the way cars even hold the pads on. In my opinion this is not a job you do unless you have been taught first hand what to do on the exact set-up that is on your car. How about the final step....you got a torque wrench for tightening up the ..........
