How do you adjust headlights on a Z4 2004 BMW. The brights are fine, but the dims are really close to the front of the vehicle?

As you can see, they are right behind the hood latches on both sides. The are both reachable without removing any covers or items. Use a large flathead screwdriver to make the adjustments.
