car only runs when you jump relay

Replaced fuel pump due to spitting and sputtering.
Car ran perfect for ten minutes. Began spitting and
sputtering again. Tried running obd on it. It took a
minute to get it to link up. It through cam sensor
code. Replaced sensor. Now car only starts when I
jump relay. However it runs perfectly when you
jump relay

Just buy a new relay. The old one must be stuck open. Or do you mean there's no power going to it?

The fuel pump only turns on to start car when you jump (ground) the relay
