Why wont fan on radiator turn on?
Checked fuses and relay and
wires. Can hear it click but doesnt
come on.

Fan Motor could be dead. Unplug fan and take 2 wires with alligator clips on each end and hook the fan directly to your battery. Fan should turn on and let you know if the motor is burned out. No worries about polarity because it will run backwards or forwards. Motors are replaceable or the entire fan setup can be purchased. They are generally easy to install.
