Whom ever did the smog check for you should have given you some codes for the problems. What state are you in? Is this a new purchase? If so, did see a car history?

    I have a 1987 I roc z . Passed emissions , but failed equipment inspection for Catalytic Converter presence also Air injection system presence . Any idea of cost ? So I think they took off the smog...
