dodge misfire

hi, i have a 1998 dodge ram 2500 with a 5.9L v8 that has a misfire on cylinder
1. i replaced all spark plugs wires distributor cap and rotor and all 8 fuel
injectors. the truck ran but did not fix problem. i checked compression on
cylinder 1 and it was 125. now the truck wont start. any ideas.

I have same problem. Has new plugs wire & new distributor. Runs worse now, than before they “repaired” it!
