Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Not sure where to ask the question so I'm doing it
here also. All my 5.7 Hemi I have a nice idle little
up and down which I don't see much difference
from before but now as you're going down the road
giving it gas you do not have no problem take your
foot off the gas no problem but holding it at any
speed going down the road it feels like a jump jerk
something like a misfire any help would be greatly
appreciated thank you
