First thing when diagnosing starting issues is to inspect and clean all the battery connections including the connection at the starter. These connections need to be absolutely clean, free from corrosion and tight. If this does not correct the issue then proceed with a proper diagnosis. Have a mechanic or a friend that is handy with vehicles do this for you.
