Starter relay

My 2004 dodge grand caravan keeps blowing the
starter relay. Put new starter on did not solve the
issue any ideas?

Are you buying a good brand relay ??? did you check to see the voltage should be 12 volts on the relay, high or low volts will cause the relay to burn.
